Recipe For Success: Successful DUCTZ owners have good hands-on operations skills, communication skills and networking abilities. They look forward to either growing the business with their own initial efforts, and then hire a few employees as the business expands or they hire someone initially to help run their business so that they can keep doing what they're currently doing. Territory Interest: Each DUCTZ owner operates in a protected marketing territory with a larger service area. Our owners cooperate to develop their respective territories. You will never compete with another DUCTZ owner in the same market. Please list the 2-3 markets (City, State) in which you're most interested: Territory Interest cannot be longer than 150 characters Enter each market on a separate line.
Investment: We'd like to ensure you have adequate financial resources available to invest in the business. Can you invest a minimum of $30,000 liquid funds (cash, stocks, established home equity line of credit, 401k, IRA, etc.) in your new business?
What is the source of these liquid funds?
Some DUCTZ owners finance a portion of the total investment. To obtain financing, lenders will require that your personal net worth be at least $250,000. Lenders will calculate your net worth by adding your assets (investments, retirement accounts, home, property, etc.) and subtracting your liabilities (mortgages, total credit card debt, etc.). Do you have a personal net worth of at least $250,000?
Once you start a business and devote full-time attention to it, will you have any other source of household income, such as spouse's salary, investment income, rental income, etc.?
